Job Description: Centre of Excellence Lead\r\nPosition Summary:\r\n\r\nAs a Centre of Excellence Lead Assessing our Office 365 environment, including SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, Licensing, M365 Suite, etc features.\r\n Should have been in Global Administrator role for organization and would have managed all aspects of the Microsoft 365 environment, including users, devices, resources, and licenses. Hands-on experience in mindfully modifying settings across all admin centers, and managing them via change requests, feature testing and tracking progress over ADO board etc.\r\nKey Responsibilities\r\n 1. Office 365 Administration:\r\n Manage and support user accounts, groups, and permissions.\r\n Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to collaboration tools, and cloud services.\r\n Perform regular system updates and should know about patch management\r\n Ensure high availability and performance of the Office 365 environment. \r\n Manage Office 365 services, OneDrive, and other related applications.\r\n\r\n2. Licensing Management:\r\n Track, manage, and optimize Office 365 licensing to ensure compliance and cost efficiency.\r\n Perform regular audits of licenses and ensure accurate allocation to users and departments.\r\n To be able to perform housekeeping of licensing.\r\n Provide reports on license usage, and forecasts for future needs.\r\n\r\n3. Operation Support and Training, Handover/Handholding:\r\n Provide handover and support to ops engineers of Office 365 applications and resolve technical issues.\r\n Conduct training sessions to enhance user knowledge and adoption of Office 365 features.\r\n Develop and maintain documentation, including standard operating procedures and best practices.\r\n\r\n4. Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:\r\n Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to implement new Office 365 features and tools.\r\n Stay updated on the latest Office 365 developments and provide recommendations for improvement.\r\n5. Review and Manage Message center post and deployments:\r\n Review and manage latest Microsoft releases for M365 products.\r\n Complete the assessment, Impact analysis and implementation of the feature.\r\n\r\nQualifications and Skills\r\n Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, or a related field.\r\n Proven experience as an Office 365 Administrator or similar role.\r\n Strong understanding of Office 365 applications, services, and licensing models.\r\n Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and administration. \r\n Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.\r\nPreferred Experience\r\n Experience in managing Office 365 services, license optimization.\r\n Knowledge of ITIL.\r\n**Certifications:\r\nMS 100 Microsoft 365 Identity & Services\r\nMS-900 Microsoft 365: Fundamentals\r\n
