Role: Senior Oracle Fusion Developer

Location: Irving, TX – Hybrid (2 Days Onsite)
 

Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion Developer with strong experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle HCM Cloud, OCI, integrations, RICE objects, and Oracle development technologies.

The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership across application development, integrations, testing, production support, and complex Oracle Fusion solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop technical solutions based on business and functional requirements.
• Develop technical specifications, unit test plans, and installation plans.
• Perform analysis, coding, unit testing, debugging, and production support.
• Conduct design and code reviews and guide other developers.
• Develop solutions using Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Build file-based and API integrations between internal and external systems.
• Provide third-tier production support and assist with end-user training.
• Develop forms, reports, data processes, and control procedures using OCI technologies.
• Maintain technical documentation and coordinate with external vendors.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud modules:

  • iExpense

• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud:

• Strong experience developing RICE objects.
• Experience designing and configuring approvals using BPM.
• Experience with VBCS and APEX for UI development.
• Strong Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience.
• Experience with Postman, Swagger, and API development/testing.
• Experience with FBDI and ADFDI for bulk data loads in Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Experience with HCM Extracts, HDL, and Fast Formulas.
• Experience developing reports using BI Publisher and OTBI.
• Strong SQL, PL/SQL, and database knowledge.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and cloud fundamentals.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Coupa P2P and integrations supporting requisition-to-pay workflows.
• Knowledge of FAIDP (formerly FAW/FDI).
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud application security for HCM and ERP.
• Understanding of encryption and security standards for file and API communications.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of IT experience in Oracle HCM Cloud / Oracle ERP Cloud analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, and production support.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional/military experience.
• Strong communication, technical leadership, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
