RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Cottonwood Heights, UT that is seeking a Senior Business Analyst.

Summary:
Reporting under general guidance, the Senior Business Analyst leads advanced analysis, modeling, and design of complex business systems and processes. This role requires a deep understanding of enterprise operations, cross-functional workflows, and applicable industry standards.

Core Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to Business Analysts across assigned initiatives and project teams
* Build strong working relationships with stakeholders and subject matter experts to gain a comprehensive understanding of business operations, challenges, and goals
* Act as a primary liaison between business partners and Information Technology teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and successful delivery
* Gather and document requirements using a variety of techniques, including stakeholder interviews, workshops, process reviews, document analysis, surveys, site observations, use cases, and workflow modeling
* Analyze and synthesize information from multiple sources, resolve discrepancies, and break down complex, high-level concepts into detailed and actionable requirements
* Collaborate proactively with stakeholders and SMEs to analyze current-state and future-state processes and produce required deliverables such as business and functional requirements, use cases, and interface or screen designs
* Evaluate multiple solution options, assess feasibility and risk, and recommend the most effective approach to address business needs
* Plan and support change management activities, including stakeholder communications, training support, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation validation

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline, with approximately
* Business Analysis, Agile, or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
* 8-11 years of progressive, relevant professional experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Hands-on experience with systems development methodologies, business process analysis, and enterprise systems
* Experience working in Agile environments, including writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and supporting testing activities, is preferred
* Experience within the staffing industry and/or an advanced degree is considered a plus
* Demonstrated ability to motivate and guide Business Analysts through coaching and mentorship
* Strong capability to lead solution discussions and negotiate outcomes that balance business needs, cost, timelines, and technical constraints
* High degree of confidence and working knowledge of emerging trends, tools, and best practices in business analysis
* Proven ability to manage and contribute to multiple initiatives concurrently
* Effective leadership presence with the ability to inspire collaboration and engagement
* Advanced analytical, organizational, and product management skills
* Ability to communicate complex or sensitive information clearly and diplomatically
* Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage professionally with executives, managers, and technical experts
* Skilled in facilitation, negotiation, and consensus-building
* Results-driven with the ability to meet deadlines and achieve objectives
* Self-directed, adaptable, and proactive
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Demonstrated commitment to organizational values and professional standards

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
