We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Identity access management to bridge the gap between business objectives and technology. This role focuses on identity management, cloud security, and CRM integration to ensure a secure and efficient enterprise environment.

Location & Work Arrangement

Work Arrangement: 95% Remote (Must be available for occasional in-office tasks).
Location: Columbus, Ohio.
Shift: EST.

Interview Process

Mode: Virtual via Microsoft Teams.
Onboarding: Selected candidate must report on-site in Columbus, OH, on Day 1 for equipment pickup.

Core Technical Requirements

To be successful in this position, you must have proven experience in the following:

Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM): 3+ years (Identity synchronization & access automation).
Okta: 2+ years (SSO, MFA, and robust user security).
Salesforce: 2+ years (CRM solutions and secure integrations).
Dynamics 365 CRM: 2+ years (Enterprise CRM management).
SharePoint: 2+ years (Collaboration and document management).

What You Will Do

Advise & Guide: Serve as a technical expert using Agile/Scrum methodologies to help adopt and optimize Salesforce.
Security Oversight: Safeguard sensitive data through secure account setup, maintenance, and deactivation.
Solution Design: Consult with stakeholders to define requirements and recommend enterprise-level technical solutions.
Risk Management: Provide data on the advantages, perils, and risks of various industry alternatives and system upgrades.
Audit Support: Assist with recurring IT security and financial audits.

Mandatory Compliance

US Work Restriction: All work must be performed within the United States. Use of government equipment outside the U.S. is strictly prohibited.
Background Check: Must be willing to complete a federal FBI Fingerprint check.
