Pay Range: $50 - $52/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in Pega Platform development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Pega Smart Investigate.
- Experience in banking/payment operations domain.
- Knowledge of payment processing, SWIFT messages, investigations, and exception handling.
- Experience with Pega PRPC, case management, integrations, and REST/SOAP services.
- Good understanding of SQL, APIs, and enterprise application integration.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Pega CSA/CSSA/CSSA certifications.
- Experience with ISO 20022 payment standards.
- Knowledge of AML/Fraud/Transaction monitoring systems.
- Prior experience in large banking or financial services projects.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure.
- Agile/Scrum project experience.
