Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) company. This role will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities across healthcare providers, physician groups, hospitals, and other stakeholders in the healthcare ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the US healthcare revenue cycle, experience in B2B sales, and a passion for driving growth in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target new business opportunities in the RCM space including medical billing, coding, AR follow-up, and end-to-end revenue cycle solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, client needs, and competitive positioning.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and attending industry events or webinars.
• Present tailored solutions to potential clients, demonstrating the value proposition of the company s RCM services.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with healthcare providers and executives.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams including operations, marketing, and leadership to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery.
• Maintain CRM records, sales metrics, and prepare regular reports on business development activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• 3 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in the Pharma, healthcare or RCM industry.
• Understanding of the US healthcare revenue cycle including billing, coding, collections, and payer-provider interactions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote or hybrid work environment.

Preferred:

• Existing network of healthcare providers, hospitals, or physician groups.
• Experience working with offshore RCM teams or BPOs.
• Medical Representatives with an established network of potential clients
