Overview

We are seeking a Platform Full Stack Engineer to sit at the center of a growing engineering platform, building systems and interfaces that power both internal teams and user-facing products. This role combines strong frontend craftsmanship with backend engineering depth and architectural ownership.

The ideal candidate comes from top-tier schools and reputable product-driven companies, demonstrates career stability (no frequent short stints), and has a proven record of shipping meaningful production systems.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building and maintaining production-grade full stack web applications.
• Advanced proficiency in:
  • React
  • TypeScript or JavaScript
  • Python (preferred backend language)
• Demonstrated ability to build UI components from scratch, not just assemble from libraries.
• Strong understanding of modern software architecture and system design principles.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing RESTful and/or gRPC APIs.
• Experience supporting and maintaining applications in production environments.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Clear focus on user experience and product quality.
