Job Title: NICE Call Recording ArchitectExperience Level: Expert
OverviewWe are seeking an experienced
NICE Call Recording Architect to lead the design, architecture, and optimization of enterprise call recording solutions. This expert-level role will work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and operations partners to ensure high-quality voice recording, compliance readiness, and overall platform performance.
Key Responsibilities- Design and architect scalable NICE call recording solutions across enterprise environments.
- Lead end-to-end solution planning, including integrations, system upgrades, capacity planning, and performance tuning.
- Provide technical oversight for call recording workflows, data retention, and compliance requirements.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues related to architecture, voice capture, and platform stability.
- Collaborate with engineering, telecom, infrastructure, and compliance teams to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Deliver architectural documentation, diagrams, standards, and best practices.
- Mentor engineering and support teams on NICE system usage, architecture, and optimization.
Required Skills & Experience- Expert-level experience with NICE call recording platforms.
- Experience in systems architecture, with emphasis on voice recording, telephony, and compliance-driven environments.
- Demonstrated expertise with call recording integrations across enterprise telephony platforms (Cisco, Avaya, etc.).
- Proven ability to design, build, and optimize high-availability recording systems.
Additional Qualifications- Strong, consistent work history demonstrating reliability and long-term project ownership.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across both technical and business teams.
Preferred Experience (Optional)- Experience in financial services, contact centers, or highly regulated industries.
- Familiarity with cloud-based call recording or hybrid architecture models.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $64.00 - $70.00/hr.
