Oracle EPM Functional Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in budgeting, planning, forecasting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working with K-12 school districts or education institutions or Nice to Have and understand public sector budgeting and fund accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation and support of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Cloud (EPM Cloud) modules such as:

  • Planning & Budgeting

  • Financial Consolidation & Close (FCCS)

  • Account Reconciliation

  • Profitability & Cost Management

• Work closely with K-12 finance stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

• Design and configure budget models including:

  • Fund accounting

  • Grants management

  • Encumbrance accounting

  • Multi-year forecasting

• Support integration with ERP systems (Oracle ERP or third-party financial systems).

• Lead data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), training, and go-live support.

• Develop functional design documents and reporting frameworks.

• Provide post-implementation support and enhancements.

Required Qualifications:

• • 8+ years of experience in Oracle EPM functional consulting.

  • Minimum 2 full lifecycle EPM implementations.

  • Strong hands-on experience in Planning and FCCS.

  • Experience working with K-12 school districts or public education sector.

  • Strong understanding of public sector budgeting and GASB compliance.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
