About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Backend-Heavy Full Stack AI Engineer with deep expertise in Python and agentic AI frameworks (Lang Graph) to build and deploy production-grade AI systems.

This role focuses on developing scalable AI agents, RAG pipelines, and data-driven AI applications integrated with enterprise systems. The ideal candidate is highly execution-focused, hands-on, and capable of delivering business impact quickly.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy AI agents using Lang Graph
Develop backend-heavy systems using Python and FastAPI
Implement advanced AI capabilities including:

Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
Text-to-SQL solutions
Prompt-engineered agent workflows
Business data summarization systems

Integrate AI solutions into existing enterprise applications
Work extensively with structured datasets (PostgreSQL)
Collaborate with business stakeholders and AI leadership teams
Contribute to frontend updates using Typescript when needed

Required Skills

Backend (Must Have)

Strong expertise in Python
Hands-on experience with FastAPI
Strong SQL skills
Experience with PostgreSQL
Experience building production-grade APIs and backend systems

AI / Agentic Systems (Critical)

Hands-on experience with Lang Graph
Strong understanding of:

Agent orchestration
Prompt engineering
RAG architectures
Text-to-SQL pipelines

Proven experience building production-ready AI agents

Frontend (Nice to Have)

Working knowledge of Typescript
Ability to support UI-level changes
