Zoho CRM Developer (Deluge, JavaScript, CRM/Campaigns/Analytics)
Location: 100% Remote (Nationwide)
Duration: 6 Months
Hours: Part-Time, approximately 20 hours/week
We are seeking an experienced Zoho CRM Developer to evaluate, enhance, and support an existing Zoho implementation for a large enterprise environment. This role will work closely with business stakeholders to review the current Zoho environment, develop improvement plans, implement enhancements, and create documentation, processes, and best practices.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with the Zoho product suite, including CRM, Campaigns, Backstage, and Analytics, along with expertise in Deluge scripting, JavaScript development, XML, integrations, workflows, reporting, and automation.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience with Zoho CRM and the Zoho product suite
- Strong experience with Zoho CRM, Campaigns, Backstage, and Analytics
- 3+ years of hands-on Deluge scripting experience
- 3+ years of JavaScript development experience within Zoho environments
- Experience developing workflows, automations, reports, dashboards, and integrations
- Experience with APIs, web services, and enterprise application integrations
- Experience building and working with XML files
- Strong troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and support skills
- Bachelor''s degree or equivalent professional experience
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate existing Zoho implementation and recommend improvements
- Design, develop, test, and implement Zoho customizations and enhancements
- Develop workflows, automations, integrations, reports, and dashboards
- Create and execute testing plans for system changes and migrations
- Troubleshoot issues and optimize existing Zoho solutions
- Collaborate with business users and project stakeholders
- Develop documentation, procedures, and support materials
- Ensure solutions align with Zoho best practices and supportability standards
Interview Process:
