We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement scalable CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across Salesforce platforms, integrations, and full lifecycle implementations.
This role requires ownership of technical delivery, collaboration with stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with long-term architectural goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform
Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
Develop using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura
Implement configurations using Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules
Manage end-to-end release cycles and deployments
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices
Support data migration, data quality, and system integrations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Define and maintain development standards and best practices
Identify technical risks and provide mitigation strategies
Required Skills:
6+ years of Salesforce development experience
Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura Components
Experience with Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
Strong experience with Salesforce Lightning Platform
Experience with SFDX and Salesforce Development Lifecycle
Hands-on experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP, JSON, XML)
Experience with authentication protocols (OAuth, SSO)
Experience with Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD tools
Strong knowledge of HTML5, JavaScript, and web technologies
Preferred Skills:
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (required)
Salesforce Certified Administrator (required)
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (nice to have)
Experience with Conga and Drawloop
Experience with government or compliance-driven environments (FEDRAMP)
Exposure to data migration and cloud integration projects
