Job Title: Jr. SharePoint Analyst - Onsite 4 days a week on the W side of Indy
Overview:
We are seeking a Jr. SharePoint Analyst to support the development, maintenance, and optimization of our SharePoint environment. This role will also work alongside business systems, including ERP platforms, to help improve data flow, document management, and overall collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update SharePoint sites, pages, and permissions
- Support users with SharePoint-related questions and troubleshooting
- Assist in building and improving workflows using Power Automate
- Organize and manage document libraries and content structure
- Collaborate with teams to support integrations or processes involving ERP systems
- Partner with IT and business stakeholders to enhance system functionality
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience with SharePoint (Online preferred)
- Exposure to an ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Basic understanding of workflows, permissions, and site structure
