Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP PP & WM Consultant to join our team in California. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Warehouse Management (WM), with experience supporting end-to-end business processes, system implementations, enhancements, and production support activities.
Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP PP and WM modules.
Strong expertise in Production Planning processes including:
- Demand Management
- MRP (Material Requirements Planning)
- Production Orders
- Capacity Planning
- Shop Floor Control
Extensive experience in SAP Warehouse Management including:
- Inventory Management
- Putaway and Picking Strategies
- Transfer Orders
- Physical Inventory Processes
- Warehouse Structure Configuration
Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and migrations.
Strong understanding of integration points between PP, WM, MM, SD, and QM modules.
Experience gathering business requirements, conducting workshops, and providing functional solutions.
Ability to prepare functional specifications and support testing activities.
Experience with production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
SAP S/4HANA certification is a plus.
Experience in manufacturing and distribution environments.
Exposure to EWM is an added advantage.
Experience working in global implementation or rollout projects.
Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
Configure and support SAP PP and WM modules.
Collaborate with business users, developers, and cross-functional teams.
Support system enhancements, integrations, testing, and deployments.
Provide production support and resolve complex functional issues.
Participate in project planning, design, and implementation activities.
Education
Bachelor''s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
