Position: Scrum Master/Project Manager

Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid - 4 Days)

Duration: 6+ month contract

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressive Agile experience as a Scrum Master and Project Manager.
• Proven experience managing multiple Agile delivery teams simultaneously.
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and ceremonies.
• Hands-on experience with Jira for tracking, reporting, and board health.
• Proficiency in Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Experience leading IT project teams through the software development lifecycle.
• Strong background in business planning, resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Cybersecurity / Information Security projects.
• Direct experience working in CyberSec or InfoSec environments.
• PMP or CSM certification.
