  • Support verification and validation activities.
  • Participate in on-site meetings with customers to present model content.
  • Contribute to process improvement for MBSE and digital engineering.
Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Experience: 5+ years of experience in systems engineering for complex systems, with 3+ years focused on MBSE modeling.

Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in capturing program architecture in Cameo.
  • Hands-on experience with MBSE tools such as Cameo/MagicDraw, IBM Rational Rhapsody, or Enterprise Architect.
  • Proficiency in SysML (requirements, block definition, internal block, activity, sequence, state machine, parametric diagrams).
  • Experience integrating models with requirements management tools (e.g., DOORS, Jama, JIRA).
  • Understanding of systems engineering lifecycle processes.
  • Ability to work onsite and coordinate with teammates.
  • Strong communication skills for presenting complex model concepts.
  • Must be professional, coachable, and solution-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community (IC) programs.
  • Experience implementing Digital Engineering strategies.
  • Familiarity with UAF/DoDAF or other architecture frameworks.
  • Experience with model version control (e.g., Git, SVN, Teamwork Cloud).
  • Knowledge of software-intensive or service-based architectures.
