Job Description :
Seeking a highly experienced consultant to design, develop, enhance, and support complex enterprise web applications within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. The role involves working on multiple in-house systems supporting policy administration, actuarial reporting, billing integration, cash management, and regulatory/statutory reporting for Workers’ Compensation insurance.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, develop, test, and implement enterprise application solutions
- Define system architecture, component interactions, interfaces, and technology stack
- Develop and optimize Oracle PL/SQL components (packages, procedures, triggers, functions)
- Build and support batch and web applications using .NET and Oracle
- Develop applications using MVC and modern web frameworks
- Perform production support, enhancements, and statutory-driven changes
- Collaborate with development teams and communicate technical requirements clearly
- Adhere to SDLC, project management methodology, enterprise architecture, and IT governance standards
Required Skills & Experience
- 15+ years of overall IT experience
- Extensive experience with Workers’ Compensation policy administration and maintenance systems
- Strong background in actuarial data computation and reporting systems
- Advanced Oracle PL/SQL development (performance tuning, XML/JSON processing, file handling)
- .NET development experience using MVC, Web Services, ODP.NET
- Experience with Microsoft TFS, Azure DevOps, and Visual Studio (2015 or newer)
- Web application development using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, Bootstrap, XML, JSON, XSLT
- Experience with Planview PPM Pro (Innotas)
- Strong system architecture and enterprise solution design expertise
