We are looking for Program Manager for our client in Atlanta, GA.

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Onshore Program Manager to lead and manage end-to-end program delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards.

Requirement/Must Have:

10+ years of experience in program/project management.
Strong experience managing large-scale enterprise engagements.
Experience in a client-facing environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple projects/programs across cross-functional teams.
Ensure timely delivery of milestones while maintaining quality and budget adherence.
Drive program governance, tracking, and reporting across stakeholders.
Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders and leadership.
Facilitate effective communication between onshore and offshore teams.
Manage client expectations and ensure transparency in delivery status and risks.
Define program plans, roadmaps, and delivery strategies.
Monitor progress, identify risks/issues, and drive mitigation plans proactively.
Ensure alignment with organizational and client objectives.
Collaborate with delivery teams, architects, and business stakeholders.
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Ensure adherence to organizational processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Nice to Have:

Experience working with Elevance Health or similar healthcare clients.
Familiarity with healthcare domain processes, compliance, and regulations.
Relevant certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, etc.) are a plus.

Skills:

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven experience managing onshore-offshore delivery models.
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and program governance.
Strong problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making capabilities.
