Role Overview
The Senior Product Owner for AI & Advanced Analytics is responsible for defining, delivering, and scaling enterprise-grade AI and data-driven products that generate measurable business value. This role partners with executive leadership, data science and modeling teams, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into actionable product roadmaps. The position requires experience in leading complex enterprise programs, strong AI and machine learning domain knowledge, and a proven ability to communicate outcomes to senior executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI/ML-enabled products aligned with enterprise goals.
- Translate business strategy into clear product outcomes, KPIs, and success metrics.
- Partner with data science, modeling, and engineering teams to deliver predictive, prescriptive, and generative AI solutions.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and project management.
- Lead large-scale, multi-year enterprise programs with cross-functional teams spanning technology, legal, risk, compliance, and operations.
- Deliver concise, outcome-focused executive reporting and presentations to senior executives.
- Develop and maintain process flows, use cases, and data models.
- Drive planning and execution of project deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct impact analysis, risk assessment, and dependency mapping.
- Support testing strategy, including UAT coordination and defect triage.
- Ensure compliance with governance, security, and regulatory standards.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices and frameworks.
Required Qualifications
Experience: 12+ years of experience in product ownership or program leadership within large, complex enterprises. Proven experience delivering AI, machine learning, advanced analytics, or data platform products is required, along with hands-on experience working with data scientists, ML engineers, and modeling teams. Candidates must have demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide initiatives with senior executive visibility.
Skills: Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills are necessary. The role also demands strong analytical and decision-making capabilities in ambiguous, high-stakes environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with API design, data modeling, and SQL.
- Knowledge of financial services, regulatory compliance, or enterprise systems.
- Exposure to business process re-engineering and automation tools.
- Ability to leverage analytics and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
Compensation & Benefits
A compensation range of $71.00 to $76.39 per hour is offered for this position. A comprehensive benefits package is available to eligible employees.
