Location: San Antonio, TX 78259 - 4 days Onsite
Pay: $50+/hr. (W2)

Job Duties:- Working assigned ticket queue and responding to customer request for firewall rule updates, proxy changes, troubleshooting, etc.
- Perform firewall, web proxy and email gateway administration
Skills Needed:- Experience with firewall, web proxy, and email gateway system administration
- Experience working with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
- Experienced IT support role collaborating and communicating with other departments and business users
- Networking experience with the TCP/IP stack, routing, ports and services
- Technical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with distributed and cloud computing environments
- Detail-oriented
Top Must-Haves:- Proficient in managing firewalls
- Endpoint management such as Crowdstrike, CarbonBlack App Control
- Email security, Azure Policy (NSG, ASG)
Nice to Have:- Experience with Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions or architecture
- Automation experience using Ansible or scripting languages such as Python or Bash
