Job DetailsWe're looking for a Backend Scala Engineer to help architect and scale a next-gen AI platform. You'll join a high-caliber engineering team building intelligent systems that integrate data, inference engines, and scalable APIs to power AI workflows.
What You'll Do:
- Design and implement scalable Scala services that handle high-throughput data processing and AI orchestration
- Build APIs and microservices to support inference pipelines, data ingest, and model lifecycle events
- Collaborate with ML engineers to productize models into production-ready services
- Contribute to system architecture, database design, and CI/CD automation
Tech Stack:
- Languages: Scala (primary), Python (secondary)
- Frameworks/Build Tools: Akka, Play, ZIO, SBT
- Infra: AWS, Docker, Kafka, Postgres, GitHub Actions
