Job Title: Business Analyst – Healthcare (SDLC)
Location: Fully Remote (EST/CST Candidates Only)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Healthcare IT and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering teams and business stakeholders to support Provider Technology initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements from stakeholders
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for healthcare-related business processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Developers (.NET/Salesforce), QA, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Project Managers
Translate business needs into clear user stories, wireframes, and functional specifications
Support product development by aligning business goals with technical solutions
Create and maintain documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, UAT plans, and user guides
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams
Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities

Required Qualifications:

Strong experience as a Business Analyst in Healthcare domain
Hands-on experience working within SDLC environments
Proven experience working directly with Healthcare IT Engineering teams
Excellent requirement gathering, documentation, and analytical skills
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools

Preferred Skills:

Experience working with Salesforce or .NET development teams
Understanding of UX/UI principles
Experience creating wireframes and functional documentation
Exposure to enterprise healthcare applications
