IT Program Manager - PMO (Contact Center)

Responsibilities

• Lead the management of multiple interconnected projects, guiding them from inception to completion.
• Analyze and assess project impact, maintaining alignment with scope, schedules, and budgets.
• Present change requests to stakeholders for review and approval, ensuring seamless project transitions.
• Uphold quality standards for all project deliverables, complying with corporate policies and processes.
• Create and manage business cases and benefit realization plans to support project goals.
• Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders and resource teams, aligning priorities for optimal results.
• Monitor and address project risks and issues, maintaining ownership over critical challenges.
• Ensure PMO standards are established and adhered to, meeting business and sponsor expectations.

Skills

• Over a decade of experience in managing complex projects and programs efficiently.
• Proficient in full project lifecycle management and steering group leadership.
• Experience in strategic goal development and implementation.
• Strong resource planning and matrix team management capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Membership in Project Management Institute or Association of Project Management.
• Advanced competency in Microsoft Project, Project Server, and Office suite.
