Job Overview:

Pay Range: $80hr - $85hr

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Functional Business Analyst/Architect with strong expertise in SAP SD and SAP AFS.
The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to design scalable SAP solutions and lead architecture initiatives across core SAP modules.
This role requires deep functional knowledge, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into effective system solutions.

Requirement/Must Have:

15+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP SD and SAP AFS.
Deep functional knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes with AFS enhancements.
Experience with SAP module configurations and solution design.
Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes including Procure-to-Pay and Record-to-Report.
Experience integrating SAP with external systems using IDocs, APIs, and middleware.
Ability to lead workshops, stakeholder discussions, and requirement gathering sessions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
Design and implement scalable SAP solutions and architecture.
Provide architect-level consultation including solution blueprinting and roadmap planning.
Configure SAP modules and ensure adherence to best practices.
Lead functional workshops and stakeholder discussions.
Develop solution design documents, functional specifications, and architecture artifacts.
Ensure integration across SAP modules and external systems.
Support Agile or hybrid delivery models for project execution.
Provide guidance on SAP transformations and system enhancements.

Should Have:

Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or transformations.
Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology.
SAP certification in relevant modules.
Experience in retail, apparel, or footwear industry solutions.

Skills:

SAP SD and SAP AFS expertise.
Solution architecture and design.
Business process analysis.
Integration using IDocs, APIs, and middleware.
Stakeholder management and communication.
Agile delivery methodologies.

Qualification And Education:

Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
Equivalent practical experience in SAP functional and architectural roles.
