Summary

A rapidly growing digital healthcare technology organization is seeking a DevOps Engineer to take ownership of the infrastructure powering a modern electronic medical records platform.

This role sits at the intersection of cloud-native engineering and AI-augmented development, where automation, intelligent tooling, and scalable systems drive high-impact outcomes. You will lead the design and evolution of Kubernetes-based environments, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code frameworks that enable fast, reliable software delivery.

The environment values engineers who integrate AI-assisted workflows into their daily practice and continuously refine how systems are built and operated. This is a hands-on role with meaningful influence over platform architecture, reliability, and developer experience across a complex, compliance-aware ecosystem.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong experience with Kubernetes and Azure Cloud, including cluster operations and scalable infrastructure design
  • Proven expertise in infrastructure-as-code using Terraform (or equivalent) and building CI/CD pipelines with tools such as GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps
  • Demonstrated fluency with AI-assisted development tools and agentic workflows, applied to automation, delivery pipelines, and operational problem-solving

Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience with service mesh architectures, GitOps practices (ArgoCD, Flux), or advanced platform engineering patterns
  • Familiarity with observability tooling such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog for monitoring and system health insights
  • Background working in regulated environments, particularly within healthcare or other compliance-driven industries

Daily Responsibilities
  • Hands-On Engineering: 70%
  • Team Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work: 30%

You will receive the following benefits:

Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
