Summary:
This role will be leading programs that are focused on our Strategic Programs and Partners within company Complete Payments. The PMO will work alongside the product team to drive execution across a complex, multi-workstream roadmap. This includes coordinating across engineering, design, partnerships, compliance, and go-to-market functions to deliver key initiatives on time. The role requires strong cross-functional stakeholder management, the ability to track dependencies across concurrent launches, and comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift quickly. Key areas of focus include partner platform buildouts and integrations, feature expansion, and infrastructure migrations all requiring tight coordination between internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage program plans, including timelines, milestones, deliverables, and procurement activities.
Coordinate activities across multiple projects to ensure alignment with program objectives.
Monitor program performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
Communicate program status to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Manage program budgets and financials.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and resolve conflicts.
Ensure adherence to engineering standards and best practices.

Minimal Qualifications:

5+ years’ relevant experience and bachelor’s degree or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proven track record of managing complex programs within an engineering environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience owning large, complex programs with visibility to senior leadership
Experience leading cross-functional programs across product and engineering teams
Ability to manage complex dependencies, risks, and trade-offs across multiple workstreams
Experience delivering data-driven or AI/ML-enabled product initiatives (e.g., automation, personalization, or decision-making systems)
Strong understanding of Agile development practices (Scrum, SAFe, or similar)
Experience working with platform teams such as Risk, Compliance, Identity, or Payments
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business impact and influence stakeholders
Strong communication skills with experience engaging senior leadership
Background in payments, fintech, or large-scale platform ecosystems preferred

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $55.00- $60.00/hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, denmatch, lifeion benefits, health savings accounts with qualified medical plan enrollment, 10 paid days off, 3 days paid bereavement leave, 401(k) plan participation with employer match, life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, dependent care flexible spending account, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, accommodations and reimbursement for work travel, and discretionary performance or recognition bonus.
