We are seeking a Systems Analyst 2 with strong QA automation experience to support application development initiatives through high-quality testing and scalable automation solutions. This role focuses on building Selenium-based frameworks, executing end-to-end testing, and integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines to improve release quality and speed. Ideal candidates bring deep hands-on automation expertise, strong SQL and API testing skills, and experience working in Agile environments.

Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze business and technical requirements to define test strategy and approach
- Design, develop, and maintain Selenium-based automated test scripts
- Build and enhance scalable automation frameworks (data-driven, hybrid, BDD)
- Execute functional, regression, integration, and system testing
- Develop detailed test cases, scenarios, and test data
- Perform API testing and validate backend data using SQL
- Identify, track, and resolve defects with root cause analysis
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders in Agile environments
- Participate in sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives
- Report on test coverage, quality metrics, and release readiness
qualifications:
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in QA/testing with a focus on automation
- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver
- Proficiency in Java (preferred) or C#/Python for automation scripting
- Experience building and maintaining automation frameworks
- Solid understanding of functional testing principles and methodologies
- Experience with TestNG, JUnit, or NUnit
- Familiarity with Maven or Gradle and version control tools (Git)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions)
- Experience with API testing (Postman, RestAssured, or similar)
- Strong SQL skills for data validation
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
