Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web-based applications using C# .NET, Blazor, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and SQL technologies.
- Perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot application issues, and implement effective resolutions for front-end and back-end systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, support software enhancements, and participate in Agile SDLC activities.
- Prepare and present application changes, demonstrations, and technical updates to stakeholders for review and approval.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
4+ years of experience in web application development using .NET technologies, SQL databases, Agile methodologies, and collaborative software delivery practices.

Technical Skills
|
C# .NET, Blazor, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, SQL Server, Oracle, Azure DevOps
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
Agile SDLC, Root Cause Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Team Collaboration, Application Maintenance, Stakeholder Communication

|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization
|
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience migrating or modernizing applications from legacy technologies to C# .NET Blazor.
- Knowledge of responsive web design and accessibility best practices, including WCAG standards.
- Experience working with enterprise application environments and integrated development workflow.
