Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with Kforce is seeking a Employee Listening Design & Delivery Lead to join their team. The team is open to remote candidates for this role

Program Strategy & Design:
* Lead employee listening and Voice of the Employee (VOE) strategy and key design decisions
* Assess needs, benchmark, and stay ahead of industry trends and best practices, leveraging employee listening expertise to translate business needs into clear direction
* Develop and maintain a 12-18 month roadmap for the end-to-end program, moving from strategy to implementation
* Foster an environment where employees want to share their perspectives and feedback with positive intent, knowing their voices are heard and valued

Program Delivery & Operational Excellence:
* Lead delivery of our Voice of the Employee (VOE) system operations. This includes Intuit's Annual Pulse, Micro-Pulses, and Employee Lifecycle surveys - ensuring leaders and business partners have timely, actionable insight into the employee experience
* Develop detailed workback plans, drive cross-functional execution, and ensure every cycle runs with increasing velocity and decreasing manual effort
* Build durable playbooks and repeatable operating models so cycle quality and efficiency improve year over year

Focused Employee Research:
* Partner with People Analytics, Research, and Technology (PART) and People Experience Solutions teams to facilitate focus groups and other qualitative research that diagnoses VOE issues, explores potential actions, and measures the impact of improvements

AI-Powered Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
* Align roadmaps to broader talent and employee listening strategy, driving business priorities in partnership with PART (People Analytics, Research, and Technology) and other cross-functional VOE program teams
* Identify friction points in the employee and manager experience and drive solutions in partnership with HRBPs, Product, Tech, and Analytics teams

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
* 5-7+ years of experience in Employee Listening, People Analytics, or Organizational Development programs, with a track record of taking programs from design to at-scale delivery
* Proven ability to translate strategy into operational plans and manage large, complex programs with global impact, working in a centralized model alongside HRBPs, Centers of Excellence, and core business leaders
* Strong data literacy: comfortable working with talent data and dashboards, and skilled at translating complex data into clear, decision-ready insights
* Proficiency with AI tools and curiosity about AI's evolving role in talent and employee listening systems - including a grounded understanding of where AI adds value and where guardrails matter
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of building trusted cross-functional relationships and experience working with senior executives
* Ability to lead through ambiguity, simplify complex systems, and keep teams aligned when the path isn't perfectly clear or requires a pivot

Nice to Have:
* MBA or Master's degree in a related field
* Experience with employee listening platforms (Glint, Qualtrics, Perceptyx, or similar)
* Exposure to product or design thinking methodologies
