Summary

We are seeking Administrative Assistants (Level 1) to provide in-processing and administrative support during a scheduled outage assignment. This is a temporary role with defined start and end dates.

The primary responsibility of this role is supporting drug testing collections, including breathalyzer and urinalysis procedures. Additional administrative duties may include fingerprinting, proctoring exams, validating government-issued identification, reviewing personal history documentation, data entry, and communicating with personnel throughout the processing cycle.

This position plays a key role in ensuring all documentation and processes are completed in compliance with applicable regulatory, company, and client requirements.

Work Schedule

  • Monday through Friday
  • 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
  • 40 hours per week
  • Overtime or off-hours work may be available on a voluntary, as-needed basis

Required Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to self-check work
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time during collection activities
  • Comfortable coaching and guiding individuals through structured processes
  • Ability to successfully complete required clearance and fitness-for-duty processes
  • Reliable, professional, and able to work in a structured, compliance-driven environment
