Title : Technical Project Manager - IT Infrastructure - Overall 10-15yrs

Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and driven Technical Project Manager for our IT infrastructure organization. You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of critical IT infrastructure workstreams, mainly focus on Data Center modernization, and other Compute, and Storage initiatives.
This role requires a "hit the ground running" mindset. You must be prepared to manage a high volume of tasks across multiple time zones, ensuring that technical milestones are met on time and accurately reported to leadership.
Key Responsibilities
? Program Execution: Drive the end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects, specifically focusing on Data Center migrations, server deployments, and storage lifecycle management, etc.
? Leadership Reporting: Distill complex project data into clear, concise status updates and presentations for senior leadership.
? Cross functional Coordination: Lead and facilitate technical syncs across multiple functional teams. You also must be comfortable managing a schedule that accommodates cross-timezone collaboration.
? Technical Interface: Partner with Engineering teams to track progress on OS environments, Virtualization platforms, and hardware logistics, etc.
? Data Integrity: Maintain the project management system (JIRA) as the "Source of Truth," ensuring all workstreams, dependencies, and timelines are 100% up to date.
Qualifications:
? Experience: 5 years+ of project management experience specifically minimum 3+ years within IT Infrastructure (Data Center, Compute, Storage, or OS, etc.).
? Technical Literacy: A solid understanding of enterprise infrastructure components, including Virtualization (VMware/Nutanix), SAN/NAS, and Linux/Windows server environments, etc.
? Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate with both technical engineers and executive stakeholders. You can translate technical hurdles into business impact.
? Tools: Proficiency with Jira is highly preferred. Advanced experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for data tracking and reporting is preferred.
? Execution Mindset: Proven ability to join a team and deliver immediate results. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
