Required Qualifications:

Certified PMP (Certification required)
8 + years managing IT projects
Experience managing a portfolio of at least 7 projects
Experience implementing FHIR standards
Experience implementing APIs
Knowledge of Public Health data
5+ years documentation (SOPs/governance/IT systems)
3+ years business process improvement & business analysis
State Government IT experience preferred
