Description
We are looking for a skilled AI Business Analyst/Consultant to support the continuous enhancement of a public-facing Help Center application. This long-term contract position involves collaborating with both internal stakeholders and external consultants to refine features, expand multilingual capabilities, and transition the platform into a cutting-edge, AI-enabled solution. Based in San Francisco, California, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to innovative project development in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business leaders and external consultants to define and refine system requirements.
Translate complex business workflows into clear technical specifications for development teams.
Drive product roadmap planning, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
Support testing, troubleshooting, and deployment of platform updates and new features.
Implement and optimize AI-enabled functionalities to enhance user experience.
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of multilingual support.
Analyze and document current and future system workflows to identify areas for improvement.
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure project success.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and business intelligence tools.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of product features, updates, and workflows.
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of experience in business systems or product analysis.
Strong understanding of AI-enabled tools and their practical applications.
Proficiency in business intelligence platforms such as Microsoft Power BI and Tableau.
Familiarity with concepts in political science, criminal justice, or related fields.
Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
Experience with multilingual platform development and integration is a plus.
Knowledge of SharePoint or similar tools is preferred.
