Looking for people who can created GenAI based Conversational interfaces using RAG and VectorDBs and the below techstack.

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to build a conversational AI interface for an enterprise Approval Process application. The developer will create a ReactJS-based chat experience where users can ask knowledgebase questions, inquire about approval cases, retrieve status, summarize approval records, and trigger guided workflow actions. The role requires strong ReactJS, Java Spring Boot, AWS, REST API, and enterprise application development experience, with exposure to GenAI, RAG, LLM integration, and Agentic AI workflows.
Desired Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is a senior developer who can combine enterprise-grade engineering with modern AI-driven user experience design. They should be comfortable building polished ReactJS applications, robust Spring Boot services, and integrating with GenAI/RAG/Agentic AI services on AWS.
This person should not only be a coder, but also someone who understands how business users interact with approval workflows and how conversational AI can simplify complex enterprise processes.
