About the team:The Backbone Engineering team combines engineering, UX, and product management to deliver innovative products and site features using open-source technologies such as Java, React, NextJS, and Kubernetes. What you'll do: - Own delivery of scoped features and models through collaborative engineering teams, managing implementation, iteration, testing, and support.
- Write clean, efficient, and reliable code across multiple languages, driving full software development lifecycle including CI/CD and automated testing.
- Integrate AI/ML components and leverage generative AI tools to enhance software intelligence and development velocity.
- Assist in solution design, evaluating trade-offs to build scalable, secure, and maintainable systems aligned with platform objectives.
- Conduct code reviews, debugging, and defect management to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and measurable outcomes.
- Monitor application performance and maintain system reliability through proactive DevOps practices.

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
