Overview

Talent Groups is seeking French and English Bilingual Claims Attorneys to support a legal services project involving product liability class action litigation and mass tort matters.

This is a claims administration and compensation plan implementation role, not a traditional practicing attorney position. The role involves reviewing claims, analyzing supporting documentation, responding to inquiries, communicating with claimants and counsel, and ensuring claims are processed accurately according to established procedures.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze claim documents and supporting materials.
• Evaluate claims and compensation eligibility.
• Respond to written inquiries from claimants and counsel.
• Handle telephone inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Apply established procedures and guidelines when reviewing claims.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
• Work independently while meeting quality and productivity expectations.
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members.
• Provide professional and responsive customer service.
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. or Canadian law school. Foreign law degrees may be considered.
• Active license in good standing in at least one U.S. or Canadian jurisdiction.
• Fluent French and English, including speaking, reading, and writing.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn and follow established procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Medical records review experience.
• Litigation experience.
• Class action litigation experience.
• Mass tort experience.
• Product liability experience.
• Claims administration or claims review experience.
• Experience communicating with claimants, attorneys, or counsel.
