Analyst Maintenance & Engineering Systems

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an Analyst of Maintenance & Engineering Systems in Orlando, FL.

Summary:
The Analyst of Maintenance and Engineering (M&E) Systems is responsible for ensuring the efficiency and reliability of the M&E system from the business end by troubleshooting and resolving related issues, revising processes within the modules, testing system upgrades and enhancements, classifying resolutions in the IT Ticket System, and providing training.

Essential Responsibilities:
* Diagnose and replicate M&E system issues
* Escalate unresolved issues to the M&E admin after successful duplication
* Review and revise processes within the system to improve efficiency and effectiveness
* Document process changes and ensure alignment with organizational standards
* Conduct thorough testing for system upgrades, bug fixes, configuration changes, and enhancements
* Ensure all changes are tested and validated before deployment to the production environment
* Accurately classify all resolutions taken to resolve issues in the IT Ticket System
* Maintain detailed records of issues and resolutions to facilitate future troubleshooting and knowledge-sharing
* Support training to end-users on new features, system changes, and best practices
* Develop and update training materials and documents
* Take a significant role in the development of the work group's standard practices
* Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Or demonstrated capability to perform job responsibilities with a High School diploma/GED and at least four (4) years of previous relevant work experience
* One (1) year of experience or one (1) year of academic coursework in a related field
* Experience in computer software and Microsoft Office Suite
* Knowledge of Company's Safety Management System (SMS), Safety Policy, Security Policy, and behavioral standards
* Able to work flexible hours
* Comfortable with changing priorities on short notice
* Available for occasional overnight travel (10%)
* Must be able to acquire and maintain a valid Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) Badge
* Visa sponsorship is not available for this position

Preferred:
* Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
* Excellent organizational and analytical skills
* Working knowledge of areas within Technical Operations

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
