Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Technical Lead to lead the design, architecture, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale applications and digital solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in mobile, web, cloud, and identity technologies, along with strong leadership, solution architecture, and stakeholder engagement skills.

This role requires an individual who can effectively bridge business and technology by engaging with business users, understanding strategic objectives, facilitating solution discussions, and translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions. The successful candidate will provide architectural leadership, mentor development teams, drive technical excellence, and ensure successful delivery of business-critical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional development teams consisting of mobile, web, backend, and cloud engineers.
• Provide technical direction and establish development standards, best practices, and governance processes.
• Conduct code reviews, architecture reviews, and technical design sessions.
• Drive adoption of modern development methodologies, DevOps practices, and cloud-native architectures.
• Serve as the primary technical escalation point for complex technical issues and solution decisions.
• Solution Architecture & Design
• Design end-to-end enterprise solutions across mobile, web, API, integration, and cloud platforms.
• Develop scalable, secure, high-performing architectures aligned with business and enterprise standards.
• Define application, integration, security, and cloud architecture patterns.
• Evaluate solution alternatives and recommend the most effective approach based on business value, scalability, security, maintainability, and cost.
• Create architecture diagrams, technical specifications, solution design documents, and implementation roadmaps.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, infrastructure teams, and security teams to ensure alignment with organizational standards.
• Business Engagement & Solution Consulting
• Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, project managers, and leadership teams to understand business goals and challenges.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions, technical workshops, architecture reviews, and solution design discussions.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and implementation strategies.
• Present solution options, architecture recommendations, technical risks, and delivery approaches to business and executive stakeholders.
• Facilitate discussions between business and technical teams to drive consensus and informed decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for application modernization, automation, process improvements, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on technology strategy and solution direction.
• Identity, Security & Access Management
• Architect and implement enterprise authentication and authorization solutions.
• Lead integration and management of Azure Entra ID and enterprise identity platforms.
• Design and implement secure authentication frameworks using OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), JWT, and SAML.
• Establish Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and identity governance models.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive security best practices across applications, APIs, and cloud services.
• Application Development & Cloud Solutions
• Lead development of enterprise applications using .NET, Angular, Android, and iOS technologies.
• Architect and develop RESTful APIs, microservices, and integration solutions.
• Design and implement cloud-native solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure services.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, automation, monitoring, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Ensure applications meet performance, scalability, reliability, and security requirements.
• Delivery & Team Management
• Lead Agile delivery teams through planning, estimation, sprint execution, and release management.
• Manage project risks, technical dependencies, and delivery challenges.
• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, architecture, and business teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Mentor team members and support career growth through coaching and technical guidance.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 10+ years of experience in software development and solution delivery.
• 5+ years of experience in a Technical Lead, Solution Architect, or Engineering Lead role.
• Proven experience leading development teams and enterprise-scale technology initiatives.
• Strong experience working directly with business stakeholders and leading solution discussions.
