Description We're partnering with a growing, technology-driven healthcare company that delivers data and analytics solutions to organizations across the healthcare ecosystem (PBMs, payers, and vendors).
They're looking for a Project Manager to lead client-facing software implementations and data workflow initiatives. This is a highly visible role working directly with both internal engineering teams and external healthcare clients to ensure successful delivery and adoption of their platform.
This is not a rigid PMO environment - they need someone who is adaptable, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, less structured setting.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead end-to-end client implementations of a healthcare SaaS platform
- Coordinate across engineering, operations, and client stakeholders to drive project progress
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and expectations across multiple workstreams
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical healthcare clients
- Oversee data workflows, including ingestion, validation, and integration efforts
- Identify risks, remove blockers, and ensure projects stay on track
Requirements A minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industries.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a detail-oriented and approachable demeanor.
Proven ability to manage client relationships and navigate complex project requirements.
PMP Certification or equivalent project management credentials.
Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodologies and experience with Atlassian Jira.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Flexibility and adaptability to work with diverse client needs and environments.
Knowledge of IT project management practices and tools.
