Hybrid 4 days onsite in either Pittsburgh, PA or NYC, NY

Our client seeks a seasoned client services professional to serve as the primary point of contact for multiple clients. The role manages a high volume of inquiries, prioritizes responses, and delivers clear, tailored communication. The professional will translate complex information into concise messaging, uphold credibility in sensitive situations, and collaborate across teams to provide seamless support in a fast-paced environment.

This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $80.00 to $90.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary client-facing point of contact with clear, professional, and effective communication.
  • Manage and respond to diverse client inquiries with accuracy and urgency.
  • Translate complex information into concise, audience-appropriate messaging.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships through proactive communication and service.
  • Apply sound judgment and problem-solving to address questions and resolve concerns.
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities.
  • Partner across teams to gather information and deliver seamless client support.
  • Uphold professionalism, composure, and credibility in high-pressure or sensitive situations.
  • Act as a single point of contact for multiple clients using provided scripts and guidance.
  • Manage a client hotline, receive inquiries, respond, prioritize, and complete actions.

Experience Requirements:
  • 7+ years in client services, client relationship management, or client success management.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and escalations.
  • Previous government experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work onsite 4 days per week in Pittsburgh or NYC.
  • Availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional nights or weekends as needed.
  • Willingness and ability to convert to FTE if offered.
  • Comfort with two-round interview process.
