Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Test Development Engineer to lead the design and deployment of automated test solutions for RF and mixed-signal products across the New Product Introduction (NPI) lifecycle. This role bridges software and systems engineering with deep RF test expertise to deliver scalable, maintainable, production-ready test systems. You will play a key role in defining best practices within a worldwide test development organization.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of automated test solutions using TestStand and C# on PXI-based ATE.
  • Drive RF test development, system integration, and complex hardware/software debugging.
  • Provide design-for-test (DFT) feedback to engineering teams.
  • Mentor junior engineers and technical staff.
  • Drive continuous improvement in software and test architectures, fostering framework re-use and reliability.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Education: BS or MS in Electrical Engineering (EE) or Computer Engineering.
  • Experience: 8+ years in automated test development.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong proficiency in C# and TestStand.
    • Deep knowledge of RF measurements.
    • Demonstrated ability to debug complex hardware and software systems.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is USD 121,900.00 To USD 195,000.00
