Job description:

• You are a software engineer with 8+ years of professional experience building, deploying, and supporting modern applications and distributed systems.
• You have 2+ years of hands-on experience working with AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), agentic systems, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), AI-powered applications, or intelligent automation solutions.
• You enjoy designing, building, and securing AI-enabled applications while balancing innovation, scalability, reliability, and security.
• You possess strong programming skills in Python, Go, Rust, JavaScript, or similar modern programming languages and can confidently work in production environments.
• You have a strong interest in application security and secure software engineering and can identify, assess, and mitigate risks in both traditional and AI-powered systems.
• You are experienced using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, VS Code Agent, or similar technologies.
• You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy partnering with engineering, security, product, and operations teams to deliver business outcomes.
• You are passionate about continuous learning, emerging technologies, and advancing the adoption of secure and responsible AI solutions.
• Flexible Work Schedule: The ideal candidate is adaptable with their work schedule and comfortable supporting occasional late-night deployments, production incidents, maintenance activities, and on-call responsibilities as business needs require.

• Basic Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of professional software engineering experience developing, deploying, and supporting enterprise applications.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with AI technologies, including LLMs, AI agents, generative AI applications, RAG architectures, or AI-powered automation solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong programming experience in Python, Go, Rust, JavaScript, or similar development languages.
  • Experience with cloud-native development, APIs, containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based development workflows.
  • Solid understanding of secure coding principles, application security fundamentals, and common vulnerability classes.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
  • Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including occasional late-night deployments, production support activities, incident response efforts, maintenance events, and on-call responsibilities as business needs require.
  • Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn, adopt, and effectively utilize new technologies, tools, frameworks, and platforms in a fast-paced engineering environment.
