Required Technical Skills

Programming Languages

Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) highly preferred and primary language for this role.
Experience in Java, Python, or JavaScript is required (any one), but Go experience is mandatory or strongly preferred.

System Design & Architecture

Strong understanding of concurrency concepts (goroutines, channels, threading models).
Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
Solid grasp of object-oriented and data-oriented design principles.

Version Control & Automation

Daily hands-on experience using Git.
Proficiency in shell scripting (Bash/Zsh) for automation and operational tasks.

Highly Desired Skills

Containerization & Orchestration

Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.
Understanding of containerized workload management and deployment strategies.

CI/CD & DevOps

Experience with CI/CD tools such as:

Jenkins
GitHub Actions
ArgoCD

Exposure to internal enterprise CI/CD tools like Looper or Concord is a strong plus.

Messaging & Eventing Systems

Experience designing and implementing event-driven systems using:

NATS
Kafka
Azure Event Hubs
