Job Description/ Responsibilities:
Functional & Business Consulting
Engage with business stakeholders to understand learning, skills, and growth requirements.
Analyze business problems and independently propose optimal Oracle HCM solutions.
Translate business requirements into functional designs and solution documentation.
Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle Learning, Skills, and Oracle Grow.
Oracle HCM Configuration & Setup
Configure and support Oracle Learning, Skills, and Oracle Grow.
Manage DFF, EFF, KFF, Lookups, and User Defined Tables (UDTs).
Ensure configurations follow Oracle best practices and scalability standards.
Reporting, Analytics & Data
Develop and maintain OTBI and BI Publisher reports.
Perform data validation and analysis using SQL.
Journeys & Fast Formula
Design and configure Oracle Journeys.
Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for business rules and validations.
Continuous Improvement
Stay current with Oracle HCM quarterly releases and industry trends.
Recommend and implement innovative learning and growth solutions.
