Job Summary
Guidewire ClaimCenter Technical Architect and program manager with deep expertise in Guidewire version upgrades to lead and support large-scale ClaimCenter modernization initiatives. Responsible for defining end-to-end technical architecture, driving upgrade strategy (v10+), ensuring platform compatibility, and guiding teams through integration and deployment.
Responsibilities
Quality Risk & Stakeholder Management
• Identify technical risks related to upgrade scope, data, integrations, and performance
• Support testing teams with upgrade-specific strategy (regression, DBCC, performance)
• Collaborate with business, QA, infrastructure, and vendor stakeholders
• Provide technical status, risks, and recommendations to leadership
• Own the technical architecture for Guidewire ClaimCenter implementations and upgrades
• Define target-state architecture for ClaimCenter v10+ including application, integration, data, and infrastructure layers
• Provide technical leadership and governance across development, testing, and deployment teams
• Review and approve technical designs, extensions, and customizations
• Lead integration solutions across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter
• Oversee development of Guidewire tools and accelerators
• Provide expertise in Guidewire Studio and Digital Portal
• Ensure use of Guidewire Ins Suite Fundamental and custom plugins
• Manage integration of Guidewire ContactManager
• Drive best practices in integration architecture (scalability, security, performance)
• Monitor and improve system performance and operational efficiency
• Provide training and documentation for stakeholders
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
Qualifications
• Extensive experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter
• Strong background with Guidewire tools and accelerators
• Proficiency in Guidewire Studio and Digital Portal
• Expertise in Guidewire Ins Suite Fundamental and custom plugins
• Experience integrating Guidewire ContactManager
• Knowledge of Guidewire Work Model
• 16+ years of experience in integration architecture with Guidewire technologies
Certifications recommended
Guidewire ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, and Cloud certifications
