This position plays a critical role in ensuring program alignment, transparency, and on-time delivery, while supporting leadership with accurate and timely reporting.

Job Description
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the day-to-day planning, coordination, and execution tracking of program activities. This individual will maintain integrated project plans, monitor delivery progress, and ensure risks, issues, and dependencies are actively managed across all workstreams.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Develop and maintain an integrated project plan aligning milestones, dependencies, and timelines across engineering, governance, testing, change management, and cutover activities
  • Track milestones, critical paths, and interdependencies; ensure plans reflect approved scope and sequencing changes
  • Monitor execution against scope, schedule, and deliverables; identify variances and drive corrective actions
  • Ensure deliverables meet defined acceptance criteria and timelines
  • Manage project-level risks, issues, and dependencies through active RAID log oversight
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks and coordinate mitigation strategies; escalate risks requiring leadership support
  • Establish and facilitate governance routines, including weekly status reports and leadership updates
  • Prepare dashboards and reporting to ensure clear visibility into progress, risks, and required decisions
  • Coordinate across cross-functional teams including engineering, testing, business stakeholders, and program leadership
  • Support phase transitions (build, testing, UAT, and cutover) to ensure seamless handoffs
  • Track and manage scope changes, including impact analysis on schedule, resources, and cost
  • Facilitate change control processes and ensure approved changes are reflected in plans and reporting
  • Support cutover readiness and post-go-live stabilization (hypercare) activities
  • Maintain project documentation including plans, decision logs, RAID logs, and status reports
  • Ensure audit readiness and compliance with enterprise project standards

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4 years of related project management experience (typically 5+ years of relevant experience expected)
  • Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple workstreams
  • Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, and execution tracking
  • Experience managing risks, issues, and dependencies in structured environments (RAID management)
  • Demonstrated ability to drive governance processes and deliver clear, concise status reporting
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills across technical and business teams
  • Experience supporting change control and scope management processes
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting large-scale data, analytics, or digital transformation programs
  • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies (e.g., PI planning, iterative delivery cycles)
