responsibilities:

• Partner directly with executive ownership to identify manual bottlenecks and architect zero-to-one software tools that drive operational excellence.
• Utilize cutting-edge AI development tools to build autonomous agents and customized skills that streamline cross-platform workflows.
• Develop robust integrations bridging various enterprise systems, including e-commerce platforms, ERPs, cloud environments, and internal ticketing operations.
• Collaborate alongside a veteran internal systems developer to understand current architectures and ensure your modern solutions integrate smoothly with existing infrastructure.
• Rapidly prototype, build, and deploy custom software that solves unique, bespoke business challenges and empowers leadership to scale operations.

qualifications:

4 to 10 years of professional experience building, integrating, and automating software platforms.

Strong proficiency in at least one or more of the following languages: Rust, WebAssembly, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C#, or Java.

Proven experience leveraging AI-assisted design and rapid development techniques to write code and automate systems.

Deep analytical capabilities coupled with a strong business acumen to understand how technical solutions drive company growth.

Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to translate high-level executive ideas into actionable technical architecture.

Ability to commute to the Garden City Park, NY office in a hybrid capacity (3 to 4 days per week).

Nice-to-Haves

Professional experience utilizing PowerShell for automation.

Prior experience working within mid-sized business environments integrating diverse SaaS and operational platforms.
