Softek International Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our team in Arlington, VA.
Requirements
- Directs the comprehensive management and strategic execution of a program, skillfully guiding large teams of professionals, including project managers and technical/administrative leads. Stresses the importance of cross-functional collaboration and actively engages with a diverse array of stakeholders, including multiple CORs and government task managers, to ensure seamless program execution.
- Plays a pivotal role in propelling IT modernization and digital transformation initiatives at an overarching level, while maintaining an understanding of the intricacies of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. Facilitates the implementation of Agile methodologies, DevSecOps, and CI/CD practices, while synchronizing with project managers handling the technical specifics. Takes charge of staffing, aligning efforts based on contract needs, and secures corporate resources necessary for contract execution. Ensures all staff meet the required clearance, skill, and education prerequisites.
- Expertly uses management tools such as MS Project, JIRA for effective program oversight and encourages adherence to IT governance frameworks like ITIL, ISO, NIST, CISA ZTA. Advocates for transparency in IT project planning and delivery, providing robust oversight on IT infrastructure management and enterprise-level service delivery.
- A significant responsibility is ensuring that all BPA contract and Task Order Contract deliverables are provided accurately and punctually, leveraging knowledge of AI/ML and RPA techniques to foster data-driven innovation and process automation.
Education:
A bachelor s or master s degree in management, engineering, computer science, or information systems or ten (10) years of experience in lieu of a bachelor s degree.
Recommended Certifications:
Program Management Professional (PgMP), Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), ITIL v4 or similar based on Task Order Requirements.
