Summary

REQUIRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE):
1. 5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst
2. 5+ years of experience working with financial operations such as receipts, distribution, disbursements, recoupment, and/or reconciliation
3. 5+ years of experience with workflow design and system enhancement
4. 5+ years of experience conducting Stakeholder Interviews
5. 5+ years with SQL Querying
6. Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience working with Child Support systems

PREFERRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE):
1. Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Microsoft Test Manager
2. Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodology
3. Preference for a degree in Finance or IT

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
BS Degree (Preference given to Finance or IT degree) or 5 Years of Child Support Experience

ADDITIONAL SKILLS:
Proficiency in MS Office suite
Ability to communicate (orally and written) effectively with technical, non-technical staff, customers/stakeholders (State and Federal) and executives
