Job Title: Database Administrator
Location: Lutz, FL (Hybrid)

Position Summary:
The Database Administrator will participate as part of a team of five DBAs, supporting database upgrades, projects, and ongoing operational needs. This role involves close interaction with application developers, end users, vendors, and consulting partners. The DBA may be required to participate in on-call support rotations.

Build new database systems or modify existing databases under the guidance and review of senior DBA staff
Produce required technical deliverables aligned with established standards and best practices
Support database upgrades, migrations, and maintenance activities
Provide operational database support, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
Utilize appropriate development tools and technologies in alignment with enterprise IT architecture
Collaborate with developers to support application requirements and resolve database-related issues
Interact with consulting firms and software/hardware vendors as needed
Participate in auditing, compliance, and documentation efforts
Provide on-call support as required
